IS THE WEBSITE SECURE TO MAKE PAYMENT USING DEBIT/CREDIT CARD? 
Yes it is.  As soon as the customer purchases their item, the site automatically redirects to the secure payment gateway.


WHAT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR PAYMENT? 
We accept payments from all valid Direct/Credit cards.  We do not accept America Express.


HOW DO I TRACK THE SHIPPING STATUS OF MY ORDER? 
You can track the up to date status of your order via the tracking number provided once your Order is shipped.


WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged automatically.

WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER? 
Confirmation will be automatically sent to your email address once payment is received.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER? 
United Kingdom – your order should reach you within 48 hours for all orders placed before 12 p.m.  This does not include orders placed on a Sunday.  Orders placed on a Sunday will take an additional 24 hours to reach you.  Orders to Europe will take an additional five days.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All orders within the UK are free of charge. 
All orders within Europe are free of charge

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER GETS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT?
If any of the above applies, report your complaint within 2 working days after estimated delivery time or once you receive your items.


RETURNS POLICY 
If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the  unopened product(s) to us within 14 days and we will refund your payment.
